I am restoring a 1976 San Juan 21 sailboat equipped with a swing keel. I am looking for a bottom paint that is fast, and will remain intact on a boat stored on a trailer. I do not need antifouling properties so much, as I need a smooth fast paint to cover some epoxy repairs I have made on the bottom of the boat. I figure I will paint the entire bottom for uniformity. I understand exposed epoxy is very susceptible to UV damage. How many seasons should I get out of this paint if my boat is kept on a trailer? How much paint will I need? Also do you sell a product that will fill minor imperfections on large areas of the bottom?
