I think a good solution to meet your needs will be the Revolution by Supermarine. I've included the product link as well as an article link for how to use it. You can use the Supermarine Etching Primer (SM 664) to fill your imperfections as it is a sandable primer and helps form a nice bond. The coverage is based on square footage of area (coverage area found on provided link) and this paint is an oxygen cured paint so it is better to do very thin layers with 2-3 coats. You should get many seasons out of this paint as it isn't an antifouling paint and therefore won't wear away or prevent against algae/barnacles. I think you'll be impressed by the various colors available as well.
