Fiberglass Mat also known as Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is a non-woven material typically used for laminate build-up and repair work. Fiberglass Mat consists of glass fibers laid randomly across each other and held together by a binder. Ideal for building up thickness quickly.
Marine Polyester Resin is the preferred resin for wetting out this form of glass fiber material. Application should be made on a dry tack-free surface. When using with Sea Hawk Marine Resin, mix 8 drops Hardener per 1 ounce.

.75 OZ = Tears and forms easily for contoured or light duty applications.

50"" - Needs approx. 16oz Marine Polyester Resin per yard
1.5 OZ =Most commonly used mat for mold and boat building applications as well as automotive part construction.
