Shipping Information and Return Policy

We ship most orders via UPS. Your order will usually arrive 1-5 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location and the warehouse used to fill your order. You may check the exact delivery times of your order in the "My Account" area once your order ships.
We currently only ship our products to the United States, and Canada.

Bottom Paint is Not Available for Shipment to Canada at this Time.

PO Boxes, Military (APO, FPO) Addresses

UPS does not ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Shipping Notes

  • Most orders ship from our main warehouse in Florida. However, your order may have split shipments. Although we try to prevent this whenever possible, with as many different products as we have available and warehouses that we ship out of, it sometimes does occur. You may check your separate tracking numbers in the "My Account" area for accurate delivery times provided by UPS.
  • Back orders are avoided at all costs, but you will be aware of a backorder within 48 business hours from your order. If you are not willing to wait for the product to come available, we will cancel the order with a full refund.

Free Shipping Items

Free Shipping Items are sent via UPS ground. Items marked with free shipping are valid for free shipping in the Continental US only. You may be contacted for additional shipping charges if you have requested shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

Returns

We will accept returns within the 15-Days of purchase on most products. (10 Days for gelcoat) Returned items must be in new, and unused condition. They must contain all parts, documents, and manuals and be packed in the original packaging.
Please read the conditions below before starting the return process.
To start the return process please email us at info@BottomPaintStore.com with the order number, product being returned, customer name, address, email, and phone number. We will then issue you a RGA # (Return Goods Authorization Number) with instructions on which location and address to return the products. Notice: Not all items are stocked at each warehouse location. Returns will not be accepted without a proper RGA #.
If on rare occasion, your shipment arrives damaged, please email us pictures of the damaged items, along with your order information so we can send out replacement product(s) as soon as possible. info@BottomPaintStore.com

Conditions

  • Returns are accepted up to 15 days after delivery.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for your credit to show up on your account.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. This includes shipping charges incurred by Bottom Paint Store for sending items with "free shipping" offers or promotions for "free shipping" orders.
  • If the item is delivered defective, please email us ASAP. We will send you a replacement and pick up the item, and the you will not be responsible for any additional charges in this case.
  • Shipping charges: All shipping charges associated with returning a product are the responsibility of the buyer. Products must be returned to the correct location warehouse location with an approved RGA number. Products shipped to the wrong location will be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Restocking fees: NO restocking fee if returned within the 15 days.
  • Freight Line Products: All damaged products shipped via freight must be refused. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before acceptance. If you accept damaged goods, there is no way to return the goods for a refund.
  • Warranty issues are handled through the respective manufacturers. We will do all we can to help you with this process, but we do not take returns that are warranty issues.
