Supermarine Pre-Treatment Wash Primer (SM-117) is a Chromate Polyvinyl Butyral Two-Component Etching Wash Primer used on hard to adhere to aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel surfaces. A pre-treatment primer intended to be used in combination with an intermediate primer. To ensure best results the pre-treatment should be coated with a primer and finish with paint as soon as possible. This product is semi-transparent, it is not necessary to hide the substrate with the primer.
